AutoConnect


AutoConnect is how registered users communicate with the TeamingPro network when sourcing partners or participants for their federal opportunities or programs.

We developed AutoConnect so our registered customers can take advantage of our growing network of companies and federal government agencies when sourcing teaming partners for jobs or opportunities, versus trying to build their own.

This immediately broadens the scope of potential partners for all companies in the TeamingPro network.







Reach out to the market for any job or opportunity and expand your teaming options. Narrow your search down to the segments of the market that fit your requirements. AutoConnect will reach out to all matching companies and responding companies will click into your page to show interest in your job or opportunity. This will give you more small business and subcontracting options per job. Quickly vet each company before any next steps making building your subcontractor and small busienss networks lighting fast.
Responding companies will populate your AutoConnect dashboard. From here, you can vet each company through their past performance, government contracts and more before any next steps are taken.

Any company or government agency that has a need to teammates or partners would use AutoConnect.

Prime contractors and government agencies are normally limited to the companies and small businesses they happen to have in their supplier portals or have a relationship with through manual networking.

This is a company's profile. Each company in the federal market has this view where you can see their high-level company data as well as every contract that company has won in the last 5 years.



When you're searching through TeamingPro, you're searching every company in the federal market.




We pull from every public government source to include SAM.GOV, FPDS, USASpending.Gov, SBA and others. We also pull company data from private sources to fill out each company's profile.




Built-in CRM


CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a tool used to track connections and build relationships.

Add companies to your built-in CRM with a cingle click. Once a company is loaded in, we will keep their government information updated for you. The only manual things your team will do is add their notes and set reminders.

Tag companies with keywords for fast, organized retrieval.

You can populate your CRM in a few different ways.

1. You can load any company manually through our easy company loading feature.
2. You can automatically load any company from any search result.
3. You can automatically load any prime contractor from any AutoConnect you responded to.
4. If you're a prime contractor, you can load and responding company into your CRM with a click.





Direct Message (DM) FAQ


To send a Direct Message (DM), just find a company you'd like to connect with through our various searches and click the Direct Message button. Everything from there is automatically handled and tracked for you.

Companies see your message and are directed to reply.

Once connected, you can store the responding company in your CRM for easy tracking.




MarketPlace & TeamingPro Company Page


MarketPlace is a FREE place for all businesses to market their company's capabilities, products and services and establish fast, relevant connections.

If you're a small business, how do you market your company's products or services?
TeamingPro MarketPlace provides you a free platform centered around sourcing small business products and services.
Each MarketPlace post is automatically listed on your FREE TeamingPro Company Page always providing fresh, relevant content for your page. This makes it easy to market your small business products or services without having to maintain anything other than your posts.



Create free marketplace posts in the opportunities and announcements section and referral posts in the referral section for referral members and market your company's capabilities, products for sale or services you offer. Each post is open to the public and searchable by other companies sourcing small business.
Posts are open to the public, keyword driven and are found by other small business filters in your company profile.
Posts are tracked and sortable to easily see which ones are performing as you would like.
Posts support YouTube videos, Links, Images and PDF documents. Each post is interactive meaning users of the platform can Like and Share your post as well as direct message the post author for a fast, relevant B2B connection.


Yes.

As you create MarketPlace posts, they are automatically searchable by the general public as well as all TeamingPro platform companies sourcing small businesses.




Yes.

All members of the platform from FREE to Enterprise can promote in the MarketPlace.

Promotions work like ads Ads and will appear at the right side of each MarketPlace page as well as to the right of each Company Page. This makes it possible to get in front of more companies in less time.

Each promotion can be billed by the click or by group of ad impressions, making this a very inexpensive way to promote your offerings.





Other General Questions


Yes, you can upload your company capability statement in PDF format and it must be under 2MB in size.

Your capability statement will be displayed on your company connect page, internal company profile page and by prime contractors when you respond to an AutoConnect request.
